Project Manager – Municipal Engineering – Chicago
About the Job
Antero Group is seeking a skilled and experienced project manager with a background in municipal or site development engineering for our Chicago (West Loop) office. The selected candidate will oversee municipal and site development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway design, stormwater modeling, capital improvement projects, green infrastructure, trail design, and others.
This opportunity allows the selected candidate to work as part of a broad national team with additional offices in Chicago and Colorado. Antero Group is an innovative firm that affords colleagues ample opportunity to participate in the development of the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Civil engineering plan review and development
- Staff and client management
- Project management
- Report writing

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, or the ability to obtain licensure
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong project/time management skills
- A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment
- Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks concurrently
- Ability to work well on teams and individually
