About the Job

Antero Group is seeking a talented and highly motivated project manager to manage our transportation team. The selected candidate will support the development of various road-related and transportation projects across the country, with a focus on Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. A background in design, management, and pursuit of transportation-related projects, including roadways, trails, intersection design, and other related projects is ideal.

This opportunity allows the selected candidate to work as part of a broad national team with offices in Chicago, Denver, and the Dallas-Fort Worth area (Denton, Texas). This role can be based in either Denton, Texas, or Chicago, Illinois.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Civil engineering plan review and development
  • Project oversight
  • Client liaison
  • Proposal Support
  • Technical writing

  • Business development support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8+ years of civil roadway design experience
  • Civil 3D Skills
  • Registered Professional Engineer

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong project/time management skills
  • A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work well on teams and individually
