Community Welcome Packet

Overview
The Village of University Park in Illinois engaged with Antero Group to develop a comprehensive resource guide for new residents moving into the community. This 24-page booklet contains a welcome letter from the Village’s mayor, contact information for key departments at Village Hall, directories of schools and community programs, businesses, economic incentives, and community facilities. Additionally, maps are incorporated within to easily identify the locations for all of the community amenities as described above.
The Community Welcome Packet also includes placeholders for full-page advertisements as a means for the Village to generate revenue to support the production of the packet.
