Journey to 2035: Jersey Village GLO-RCP Comprehensive Plan

Overview

Antero Group, with support from project partners at TJKM and ASH + LIME, led the development of a Comprehensive Plan and Economic Development Plan under the Texas General Land Office’s Community Development Block Grant-Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Resilient Communities Program (RCP) for the City of Jersey Village. This project focused on guiding the city’s growth while enhancing community resilience by addressing local hazard risks. Antero worked with the city through community engagement, visioning workshops, public meetings, and stakeholder outreach to create a plan reflective of community goals and priorities. The project included an emphasis on economic development opportunities, space activation, and small business support.
