10 Years of Impact

Entering our Second Decade

This year marks ten years of interdisciplinary service at Antero Group. Since our founding, we have partnered with municipalities, public agencies, and development organizations to deliver civil engineering, planning, economic development, grant strategy, branding, and environmental services designed to create equitable, functional, and sustainable outcomes. Our work has consistently operated at the intersection of infrastructure, policy, and economics to connect vision with implementation.

As we enter our second decade, we are introducing a refined visual identity that reflects the clarity, integration, and maturity of the firm today. This update is an alignment of how we present ourselves with how we already operate: collaborative in approach, strategic in execution, and focused on long-term impact. The first decade established our foundation while tnext decade is focused on leadership, integration, and continued partnership.

A Refined Visual Identity

Our reputation has been built on trusted service, community impact, and consistent results. The updated identity reflects this foundation while positioning Antero for continued growth. The logotype has been refined to improve clarity and presence. A bolder, uppercase form with increased spacing between letters enhances legibility across applications while conveying strength, stability, and confidence. This shift ensures the identity performs effectively at all scales while reinforcing our professional presence. The symbol has also evolved. While it retains the geometric foundation of the original mark, it has been simplified into a single, continuous form. This approach creates a more cohesive and recognizable icon while maintaining a connection to the origin of the name: Mount Antero and its association with elevation, structure, and permanence.

This refinement is intentional. The updated mark reflects forward movement while preserving continuity, allowing Antero’s brand to evolve without losing recognition or meaning.

Looking Ahead

This milestone is both a reflection point and a transition. Our firm has grown in capability, structure, and perspective over the past ten years. That growth is now reflected in how Antero presents itself. As we move forward, our focus remains consistent: delivering integrated solutions, strengthening partnerships, and advancing projects that create long-term value for the communities and organizations we serve.
